SCR technology is a very common solution worldwide, and its applications cover various fields such as vehicles, chemical plants, coal power plants, and generator sets. According to the different temperature ranges allowed by SCR, the catalysts used are generally divided into low-temperature SCR catalysts (about 150℃-260℃), mainly using copper-based molecular sieve SCR catalysts; medium-temperature SCR catalysts (about 260℃-400℃), the main application Vanadium-based SCR catalysts; and high-temperature SCR catalysts (above 300℃-600℃), mainly using iron-based molecular sieve SCR catalysts.

SCR denitration catalyst is made of honeycomb ceramic material as the carrier and TiO2, V2O5, WO3 as the main active components, which has great advantages in preventing fly ash clogging, wear and poisoning. SCR denitration catalysts are high-tech products and have been widely used in power plants, waste incineration plants, iron and steel plants, fertilizer plants and other industries.
